Terms of Service

Effective date: July 13, 2026 · Applies to gepu.ai and all subpages ("the Service")

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service operated by GEPU ("we", "us"). By accessing the Service, connecting a wallet, placing a devnet order, generating a referral link, or otherwise using any feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service is a devnet build

The Service currently operates against the Solana devnet — a public test network whose tokens have no monetary value. Concretely: prices, candles, order books, and trade tapes are produced by a deterministic simulation engine; balances shown after connecting a wallet are devnet token balances; orders are confirmed by signing zero-value devnet transactions; and positions, profit-and-loss figures, points, and leaderboards are records in a test environment. Nothing on the Service is live market data, and nothing you can do here acquires, disposes of, or encumbers any asset of value.

3. No offer, no advice, no solicitation

Nothing on the Service constitutes an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy any security, commodity, derivative, or other financial instrument in any jurisdiction. Nothing on the Service is investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Interface elements that resemble financial products — order tickets, leverage selectors, liquidation prices, PnL readouts — are previews of planned functionality operating on test data. Do not make financial decisions based on anything shown here.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally capable of entering into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you are. If the laws of your jurisdiction restrict access to services like this one, you may not use the Service.

5. Non-custodial; your wallet is your responsibility

The Service never holds your private keys, seed phrases, or funds, and cannot move assets on your behalf. Every transaction requires your explicit approval in your own wallet software. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, verifying every signature request before approving it, and understanding what you sign. The only transactions the Service legitimately requests are zero-value order confirmations you initiate; treat any other request appearing to come from GEPU as hostile.

6. Devnet trading, positions, and points

Fills, positions, PnL, referral points, and leaderboard placements are records in a test system. They carry no right, title, interest, claim, or expectation of monetary value, tokens, or future compensation. We may snapshot, migrate, adjust, or reset any of these records as part of developing the protocol, with or without notice, although material actions will ordinarily be announced on @gepu_ai. Any future conversion of points into rewards is entirely at our discretion until formally announced with its own terms.

7. Fair use of referrals

The referral program rewards genuinely introducing new people to GEPU. Generating artificial referral traffic — bots, scripted visits, VPN or proxy cycling, self-referral through secondary devices or wallets, or claiming codes to impersonate other people or projects — is prohibited. We may withhold, adjust, or zero points, retire codes (including custom codes), and exclude wallets from the program where we reasonably believe manipulation occurred. Custom codes are first-come-first-served and must not be offensive, misleading, or infringe anyone's rights; we may reclaim codes that are.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) probe, disrupt, overload, or circumvent the Service or its rate limits; (b) attempt unauthorized access to the server, its data, or its hosting environment; (c) misrepresent the Service as a live trading venue or present devnet records as real financial performance; (d) misrepresent your affiliation with GEPU; (e) use the Service to violate any law; or (f) resell or repackage the Service's API without permission. We may suspend or block access that violates this section.

9. Intellectual property

The GEPU name, logo, interface design, documentation, and site content are owned by GEPU. Third-party components — including the TradingView Lightweight Charts library and the Solana web3 library — remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their licenses. You may not copy the Service's branding or present a modified copy of the interface as GEPU.

10. The Service is provided "as is"

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that simulated data will behave any particular way, or that devnet records will be preserved.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEPU and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity — arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us to use the Service (which is zero), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GEPU and its contributors from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of the Service.

13. Blockchain risks you accept

Interacting with any blockchain — devnet included — involves risks you accept by using the Service: network congestion or downtime, RPC failures, wallet software bugs, transaction finality issues, and the permanence and publicity of on-chain data. When mainnet functionality launches, additional material risks will apply (including smart-contract risk and total loss of funds) and will be described in updated Terms that you must accept before trading with value.

14. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We are actively building: features may change, break, appear, or disappear at any time without notice. We may amend these Terms by posting a revised version at this address with an updated effective date; material changes will be announced on @gepu_ai. Your continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance. These Terms will be substantially revised at mainnet launch.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time; disconnecting your wallet ends all data reads. We may suspend or terminate access to any user or wallet address at our discretion, particularly for violations of Sections 7 and 8. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (9–13, 16) survive.

16. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and GEPU regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization of the protocol. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; unresolved disputes are subject to binding arbitration on an individual basis where permitted by law, and you waive participation in class actions to the extent permissible.
